Olive Stack lives in Listowel, Co Kerry where she established the Olive Stack Gallery in 1998. She works in various media including Oil, Watercolour, Encaustic and Mosaic and has exhibited in Ireland, Canada, France, UK, & USA.

Olive introduced an Artist in Residence Program to the gallery in 2015. International Visual Artists are invited to work and live in Lovely Listowel!  Allowing lots of precious studio time for both Olive and the visiting artists!

Olive is currently represented by Awaken Gallery NC USA, Chester Gallery CT USA and Olive Stack Gallery Listowel Ireland.
